Our working method,
from briefing to delivery.
Whether it concerns an animation, a 3D visualization, or an infographic: a strong visual doesn't start with an image, but with understanding. That is why we work in four fixed phases. And because everything is done digitally, you always see where your project stands, without email correspondence and without separate versions.
Most processes do not get stuck on visuals, but on coordination.
Feedback arriving via five emails. A stakeholder who only reviews in the final round and turns everything upside down. A script approved without anyone hearing the voiceover. These are not creative problems, but process problems. They cost time, budget, and often the sharpness of the final result.
Our working method is designed with this in mind. We sharpen the message before we start production. We bundle sub-products so that you evaluate the whole rather than the separate pieces. And everyone who has something to say looks along simultaneously, in the same place.
You always see where your project stands.
Our entire production process runs digitally, using fixed tools. No versions circulating via email, no attachments getting lost, and no contradictory notes. Every step, every version, and every comment is in one place for everyone watching.
Material here slightly more matte
Light from the left, less harsh
Tighten cable, otherwise agreed
Each phase has its own goal
Understanding what is really going on
We start with a strategic kick-off. What does your target audience need to understand, remember, or do? Where does the complexity lie in your product, process, or story? And which form suits it best: animation, 3D visualization, an infographic, or a combination?
We are active in diverse sectors such as high-tech, healthcare, finance, and retail. Thanks to years of experience, we know where the opportunities lie and which pitfalls to avoid.
Sub-products bundled, feedback in context
This is where the message gets sharp. We don't send sub-products one after another, but bundle them into a single review round. This way, you provide feedback on more than just the content: also on rhythm, form, length, and atmosphere.
You assess how the whole thing will work before production begins. By integrating AI into pre-production, you see and hear that from the very first round.
From agreement to final result
We will proceed to production with an approved basis. This is done through scheduled review moments and a clear schedule. Because the choices have already been made in Clarify, the feedback here concerns finishing and details, not the direction.
You work with specialists who think along with you: creatives, motion designers, 3D artists, producers, and copywriters. You stay in control, we do the work.
Making sure it works
A visual is only complete when it does its job. We deliver where you need the output and provide advice on deployment: where to place it and how to get the most out of it. Where appropriate, we translate a production into other forms. This ensures your communication remains consistent across all channels.
We remain involved after delivery. We review the results with you and identify areas for improvement. Has your product, process, or message changed? We adapt existing visuals or build upon them, maintaining the same style and using the same files.
What you get per service
Step-by-step what you see and when you review, plus what is always included.
Animation
In the first review round, you receive a bundled package: script v1, mood board, visual v1, sketch v1, AI voice-over, and an initial music selection. This allows you to assess content, rhythm, form, and length all at once, before a single scene is animated.
3D visualization
We start with camera angles and beauty renders so you can immediately see all the possibilities. For more complex products or environments, we start with sketches.
Infographic
First, we segment the information. This is followed by a rough outline as a sketch, a digital "barebones" version, and finally the first final draft. Each step builds upon an agreement, ensuring the content is fixed before we begin designing.
Visual Automation
With Visual Automation, we don't create standalone productions, but a system that continuously generates visuals. The production runs largely automatically; you see the moments that matter.

Animation, 3D visualization, and infographics go through the same four phases; only the deliverables differ. Visual Automation operates as a system and therefore has three fixed stages: request, review, and delivery.
Unlimited. However, we do agree that approval of a partial product is indeed binding. Major changes to something that has already been approved, or conflicting feedback from different departments, take extra time. Therefore, we have everyone review simultaneously in the same round.
We review storyboards and sketches in Boords, and videos in Vimeo. For everything else, we use a review environment that suits the project. You don't need an account for anything.
We review the result with you. If anything changes regarding your product or message, we adjust existing visuals or build upon them.
